Tasha Events — General Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before purchasing a ticket or confirming a booking.
1. Booking & Payment
- After payment, the booking is considered confirmed.
- Refunds in case of cancellation or change in the number of participants are not provided.
- Tickets are non-refundable and can only be transferred or resold. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- A reduction in the number of guests is not grounds for a refund.
Liability & Risks
- The organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or theft of property.
- If a guest arrives late, certain program elements may be canceled without compensation.
- In force majeure, we will do our best to hold the event. Additional costs may be charged.
- The organizer does not reimburse expenses related to a guest’s inability to attend (e.g., travel or accommodation).
Rules of Conduct
- All participants must follow event rules and staff instructions.
- The organizer may end or modify the program early in case of rule violations. No refunds in such cases.
- Damage to equipment, property, or the venue must be compensated by the participant.
- We may refuse participation to guests under the influence of alcohol/drugs or those acting aggressively or dangerously.
Photo & Video Recording
- Photo and video may be taken for Tasha Events marketing and promotional materials.
- By attending, guests consent to possible use of their image, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
Other Conditions
- Purchasing a ticket or paying for participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- The organizer may change the program without significantly affecting the event’s quality.
- These terms apply to all guests, regardless of booking or payment method.
