How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend booking at least 1 to 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure smooth planning, but we're also happy to assist with last-minute events when possible.
If I get sick and can't attend the event, will I get a refund?
According to the company's terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and can only be transferred or resold. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Will there be photo and video recording during the event?
There is always a photographer and videographer at our events. By participating, you automatically give consent for the use of images (photos and videos) featuring you for communication purposes.
